I read the Joplin Tornado book but I'm not in a tornado area. I was scared almost every night when we lived in Tennese. Mom and Dad would wake me up in the middle of the night and then we would sit in the dark closet. But I always remembered this Bible verse: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!

HI

Hi! I have a story.

Before I was born, there was a tornado at my great aunt's house. She had a two-story house. When the tornado came, it blew the whole second story off! But the stairs were still there. So, she just built an attic for the stairs to lead up to.

He-he. :)

The 2013 El Reno tornado was a very large and intense EF3 tornado[a] that occurred over rural areas of Central Oklahoma during the early evening of May 31, 2013. The widest tornado in recorded history, it was part of a larger weather system that produced dozens of tornadoes over the preceding days. The tornado initially touched down at 6:03 p.m. Central Daylight Time (2303 UTC) about 8.3 miles (13.4 km) west-southwest of El Reno, rapidly growing in size and becoming more violent as it tracked through central portions of Canadian County. Remaining over mostly open terrain, the tornado did not impact many structures; however, measurements from mobile weather radars revealed extreme winds in excess of 295 mph (475 km/h) within the vortex; these are the second-highest observed wind speeds on Earth, with only the 1999 Bridge Creek–Moore tornado having recorded slightly higher wind speeds. As it crossed U.S. Highway 81, it had grown to a record-breaking width of 2.6 miles (4.2 km). Turning northeastward, the tornado. Therefore, this was the biggest recorded tornado in history.I think YOU should write about it.

I've always wanted to see a tornado with my own eyes (like dexter in i survived the joplin tornado, 2011) and my hometown (Salt lake city, Utah) was actually struck by one yet I didn't know it was there! It was even a rain wrapped tornado!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope I actually get to see one again during my future career as a storm chaser. And I hope it is an E-F5 tornado! Yes you heard me! A rain wrapped E-F5 Tornado!!!!!!!!!!!
